My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half and overall has had a good experience. If you have a chance to live upstairs do so...we had neighbors upstairs that would keep us up til 3 in the morning and would litter all their cigarettes, sandwiches, alcohol bottles, etc...right into our patio.

We have a one bedroom...the living and dining room are pretty good sizes. The kitchen is also a good size but there isn't that much storage and the cabinets they do have are pretty small. We have a drawer and cabinet we can't even open because of the stove! The bathroom is okay as well...we love that the sink and vanity area is outside the restroom. The bedroom is good for a queen bed and we had two medium dressers, a large cabinet and a desk in the room! We had a walk in closet and its a pretty good size but all our storage for the bathroom and other linens had to go in there cause there aren't any other storage in the apartment except for a little one by the entrance that fits a few things and a vacuum.

Parking is on the okay side if you have a system going on. We are only assigned one carport (which sometimes someone parks in!!!) My husband and I were just really good on saving another spot and switching cars to save another!

When we first moved in there were a lot of students here but now it is full with families!!! There are many children that run around which we don't mind but it is pretty dangerous when they're scootering around in the main entrance and in between the parking lots!

The management is pretty good as well...always helpful...and rent is decent for the area. It's really close to the freeway and we walked across the street for dinners and the mall.
