I have lived here since last summer. I was told that I would have new carpet, paint, applicances and flooring. When I moved in I had all the old stuff. It took me 4 months of complaining about the crapy condition of my apartment befor they finally gave me new kitchen floors. The floors are allready pelling up. They never did put in new carpet. The ceiling is literlly black from previous tenants smoking. However management thinks it looks good! I think they need glasses. They grounds are poorly maintained. Gopher holes everywere! The carports a filthy. Full of peoples junk they cant fit in the apartment. Oil stains everywhere. Termites are a HUGE problem. They have been flying around my unit for months and all they do is spray ant spray around and expect that to fix the problem. Cant even relax in my own home without termites landing on me!! Maybe managememt should get off there buts and walk the community every week and get this place cleaned up!!
