Thankfully, I am in the process of moving OUT! There is a severe RAT problem that has been ignored. I have complained about them more times than I can count and all they do is offer me a glue trap & I have explained (!) that I have tried every kind of trap & killer myself at my expense and the rats are still here. Ants are a constant battle. Children run rampant. Noise level is excessive. People hang their laundry from their balconies. Carports are filthy with burned out lightbulbs. Laundry room is ALWAYS filthy. I won't even wash my clothes in there anymore. Trash is scattered around. Tenants go around spitting on the ground. Dumpster area always has discards all around. Cars speeding through the complex. The walls are paper thin. I can hear entire conversations of the people upstairs from inside my unit. There are posts holding up balconies that are rotted away.
