The maintenance is non-existant, grounds are unkept, office staff is nice when its convenient, pools are NEVER heated, overflow from the retard hospital, support beams are rotting, overflowing trash areas, drug dealing, unsafe to walk at night, risky to walk away if doing laundry, police helicopters buzz complex at all hours, massive gopher problem, shall I continue...
