The management is not helpful in getting leaky roof repaired even after putting it in writing and making several phone calls to their office. It's been over a year since we've been trying to get them to get the leak fixed. There are people at this complex who are inconsiderate of others' needs for sleep. For example, during the summer, some residents ignore swimming pool curfew and their loud talking can be heard throughout the complex. There are also a few residents who like to drive through the parking lot with their car stereos on high volume after 11:00 p.m. This is a warning to those who are considering moving into this place--don't do it!
