My hones opinion about this place but you have to read this out. I was a maint. guy here for about 6 months and I have noticed many things. Some of the negative things said on this website are true, like the overflowing dumpsters, now their story is not told in full, yes on accasion there is a resident that is lazy and wants to throw a full size couch in there, the porter will drag the large item in to the large item bin awaiting pickup which comes 2 times a week. The grounds keepers are always out and about picking up aroung the dumptsers and the rest of the grounds becasue of the lazy few. The maintenance staff which i was a part of, we are a jack of many trades but a master of none, all maintenance is done in house, everything from a leaky faucet to a slab leak wich occures from time to time. I wont deny it WE use alot of plaster to fix things, patching walls to mending a fence. Keep in mind this place is 40 years old and needs constant tlc, so the maint. guys do the best they can with what they got. The office staff is pretty helpful when it comes to getting stuff done for ya, being service request or a simple favor. The parking is not so bad in the front but if you live in the back part parking can be a little tricky. Some of the carports leak water and need to be re-roofed. Over all its not a bad place to live, just don't move here expecting it to be like a brand new place, they are 40 years old and some things are gonna break, and they will get fixed.
