When you give your tenants a lease renweal,and then 3 days later give them a 60 day notice to quit."Prior to this you asked to have things fixed in your home and the MAINTANCE GUY SITS AT HOME WATCHING,LEAVE IT TO BEAVER WHILE HIS PRIDE AND JOY SITS OUT IN FRONT OF HIS DOOR.WHILE TENANTS ARE WAITING FOR THINGS TO BE FIXED IN THEIR HOMES." "This is ridiculous and very unprofessional when tenants,have to take a day off of work,and for their incompitence. They need to be micromanaged."This place has a serious PROBLEM WITH TERMITES,GOPHERS,ANTS,COCKROACHS,SPIDERS FISH,RATS,AND A FIRE THAT HAPPENED IN APRIL,AND THEY LET IT SIT FOR 5 MONTHS WHILE WE STARED AT THE EYE SORE,AND JUST BARELY STARTED WORKING ON IT. ABOVE ALL NUMOROUS SEX-AFENDERS THAT LIVE HERE WITH THEIR KIDS,AND OTHER PEOPLES KIDS AROUND THEM. WHILE YOU DO YOUR LAUNDRY MAKE SURE YOU KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR CLOTHES FROM BEING STOLEN,AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALOT OF EXTRA QUARTERS TO REPLACE THE ONES YOU LOSE IN THE WASHERS AND DRYERS FROM BEING BROKEN ON A WEEKLY BASIS.ALSO MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE PLUGED IN.ALSO MANAGMENT IS KEEPING TENANTS FROM USING THE BACK POOL AREA BECAUSE TENANTS ALLOW THEIR KIDS TO "---- IN THE POOL.""YOU GUYS TALK OUT ASS ABOUT GETTING PARKING PERMITS FOR THE TENANTS AND THAT NEVER HAPPENED. OTHER APARTMENTS HAVE 5 CARS LIKE #228 AND DO NOTHING ABOUT FOR WEEKS ON END."DON'T FORGET THAT CORPORATE WHEN TENTANTS CALL DAVID PAGE HE DOES NOT RETURN YOUR CALL EVER,AND THEN YOU FINALLY TALK TO HOM HE IS A COMPLETE JERK TO YOU!!!!SO NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY SUCK HERE ,AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMENED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THAT EVEN THINKS ABOUT MOVING IN TO THE GHETTO SADDLEBACK RANCHS APARTMENTS.
