At first this was a nice place to live. Then the parking became very tight. My wife and I had to drive in circles up to 30 minutes to find a spot at night. There was non-stop mold and mildew in my bathrooms, constantly. The maintenance men would just use an oil based paint to cover the mold in my sink, and 3 days later, the mold would come back. The laundry rooms are always flooded and you lose countless quarters in the machines. A maintenance request took up to 5 days one time. I decided to move because the office management staff is unprofessional and does not care about the tenants, only the money. Management also tries to rent apartments out up to 2 or more months before the tenant moves out, then tries to keep the person's $100 deposit if the person doesn't want to wait 2-3 months for an apartment. There are young college kids who party at 2am-3am in the morning and management does nothing. Also, before I forget, there is a pack of 'Lesbians' who patrol and attempt to prey on heterosexual women, so watch your wives guys.
