I do not like it here. It is cheap, that is the only good thing, but you get what you pay for. The maintenance crew is a joke...If you need work done...you have to do it yourself. One of the maintenance guys is really scary...he is missing teeth and has mullet. Yeah, this place is pet friendly, but not people friendly...by that I mean the dogs chase the people. The manager, who I have to say is nice...does not keep her 3 dogs on a leash...they chase you whenever you walk by. I see this girl get chased to her apartment by one of the dogs every time she walks by. In the lease it states that you HAVE to have your pet on a leash at all times, well I guess that rule only applies to the renters and not the manager. One day that dog is going to hurt someone and Saddleback Ranch will be responsible. If all you need is a place to sleep, and you do not mind loud noises, then Saddleback Ranch is not that bad...but if you are looking for a place to call home then this is not the place for you. I have seen people put the dogs in the swimming pool...Also, you see people in the pool with their clothes on. I have lived there for a few years and I can honestly say, I have never been in the pool...it is disgusting!!!! Also, the parking lot is really dark at night. You see sketchy people here all the time. Think about it...the rent is so cheap, so the renters are going to be those of lower class. I was living here because my friend lived here and needed a roommate to help out, so I did, so I could save to buy a house. Luckily I was able to move out last month. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
