The maintenance is bad - nothing is fixed right the first time and more times than not they do not show up when they are supposed to because there is always some type of "emergency".

The pool is closed so much. People go swimming in their clothes. There is no restroom or shower. People pee in the pool.

Dogs run around off the leash, owners do not pick up after them.

Parking is a nightmare if you get home late, or have to go do errands after work. The carports leak and lighting is poor/not working alot of the time.

Landscaping is horrible. Dead grass, sprinklers not working, etc.

Noise is a huge problem, especially if you live downstairs. Windows/doors are poorly insulated.

Laudry room is in very poor condition.
