I have lived there for a year and I didnot like it at all.The apartment is not clean. It is so old and set up is quite nasty.Water used to leak up all the time from basin and sink.Starirs were dirty all the time. When we used to complain about one thing , management people never used to pay attention.Once you move in they will not care about anything and you will see their real face when time will come to move out.Parking is not good.Parking place was not sufficient to park propely. And notice period is 2 months...which is killing. Belive me, it is not worthy of the money they charge you.SO PLEASE DONOT EVEN TRY TO CONSIDER IT!!!

By real estate law, a tenant is required to give a thirty-day notice (no less, no more). (As a disclaimer, please check with an attorney.) Although you signed a sixty-day notice on your lease agreement, real estate law clearly states that a tenant is required to give 30-day notice. Which means that when Saddleback threatens to take you to court, which they will threaten you with, if you do not pay that extra month that you did not give notice. Do not dispair, because when in court the judge will throw it out. More than likely though, Saddleback Ranch will not appear in court because they do not have a legal leg to stand on. If you decide to pay monies Saddleback Ranch demands...so sad. You can't really ask for that back.
