I have been there for a year. First of all, leasing agreement was killing. Even though they write and tell you so many things before signing, once you go for that you will see so many unseen and unknown stuffs.Apartment is dirty and old. You will not get any good response from management people. Their attitude will be unbearable. They dont know you once you move in.You will feel like they are doing you a favour letting you live in those apartments. They will cut all your security depositis no matter how clean you kept it.If there is anything wrong, management people will not listen to you even..they will not fix that issue at all. My honest opinion will be...do not move into Saddle bach ranch apartments. You pay a lot and you deserve much more better place than this. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

You can get most of your deposit returned if you play it smart and show them you know what you are talking about. Check out the following website - type "California Tenant Remedy" into your browser. It tells you what they can charge you with and how you can get your full deposit returned. You can also threaten to take them to small claims court. 9 times out of 10 - they will give in - They don't want to go to court.
