If you are looking for the worst apartment in the world then welcome to saddleback ranch apartments.Extremely dirty,old,poor apartments. And about management' Should they care about you' They will do mafia type lease, they will take security money and when you will leave they take all.They dont even have refrigerator. They have out side laundry facilities where people will come from outside and gossip and will block your parking places. Parking place is not sufficient enough.I would never recommend Saddleback Ranch apartments.
