I know you people want to trust that this management company or " David Page" but they cheat and lie. They charge a 60 day notice - against the law, they require random security deposits based on what they think about you - against the law, they offer specials to some applicants "white" but not to others black or hispanic, and they will charge up all of your deposit no matter how long you have lived in this slum. I would not rent here ever again,
