Please save yourself don't move here, I have lived at the getto ranch for a year and a half I was just about to break my lease due to the horrible condition of this pit. I went to the leasing office to talk to the manager who I knew as a clean cut nice young man and was told he was no longer here. I was then approached by a strange woman covered in tattoos who said she was the new manager. PERFECT match, a getto manager for a getto community. I attempted to give a 30 day notice when I was told that I had to give a 60 day notice. I told the manager that this was against the law in California and she was just as rude as she could be. She said that I would be charged for 60 days weather it was legal or not. Not only is this the most rundown property in all of Orange County it has the worst management I have ever seen.

I am trying to gather people to go in to a class A suite against the complex, if your interested let me know. I have disabled child who got really ill right before we moved and I think it was alot to do with the conditions of the apartments. Let me know.
