it really bothers me the negative things people say about my home. i have lived here for 3 yrs and any issues i had in my apartment was taken care of in a professional manner. i am a single mother of 2 and if this place was so bad i would not be living here with my children.the maintenance staff and the office management staff are very polite and eager to help in anyway.

Everytime someone post something negative the management either pays a renter or post there own response saying this place is great. Get real this place is a hole. Owners live in 90210 and hire half trained managers who don't know CA Laws. Wake up and realize this is not a place you want to live.

Its unfortunate that you think this place is a nice one to live in. You must have seriously low standards. I just moved out a couple of months ago and can't believe what a difference in my new place. I just hope management doesn't use up my whole $2,000 deposit against unjust charges. Small claims court here I come.

Too add to "unhappyrenter 303" comment... I have two children and had no idea that a convicted child sex offeneder lived two houses from my apartment. Hope that you really feel your children are safe. Just ask the polite office staff about the offenders. And to add, I was pregant during my time living there and was instructed by my obgyn to live the apartment immediatly due to the sewage smell and mold. I was hospitalized for 2 days. It was effecting my pregancy.
