I thought I would try to save some money after selling my home so I looked for a cheep apartment. When I saw Saddleback Ranch I figured nothing could be cheeper then this place because it was such a mess. I rented a 2 bedroom unit for $1650 with no garage no fridge no washer dryer and no microwase. White walls bad carpet and a 50yr old AC unit. I realized shortly after moving in what a mistake I had made. I found so many apartment communities in better areas with all the features I was used to comming from a home. The rent was alot less and I was offered a smoking move-in special. I tried to break my lease and was told by the new manager David Page I would have to pay for 4 months of rent to get out. I said fine I will stay until the end of my lease but I want the hole in my carport roof fix and the 50yr old AC unit replaced and my carpet repaired. David Page told me NO and then said why would I do anything for you when you are going to leave in 4 months anyway. I plan on breaking my lease and moving to Avila in RSM so if you are looking my apartment is open.
