I've been living here for about 8 months now. The office staff is very professional, friendly, courteous, and quick to offer help when needed to address concerns. The common grounds are well manicured. You often find a friendly wave or hello from the office management or grounds crew when passing by. Though a single resident, the area seems fantastic for children, with a small park and elementary school located within walking distance. I would definately recommend this community for anyone interested in the beauty of Mission Viejo.
