Great apartment complex to live in. The management is really nice. They've been working on the carports and changing out all the lights so that everything is brighter. Feels safer. Extremely quiet, not much goes on here which is good. I rarely ever hear any noise... not even from neighbors. My apartment is located in the back and I can hear the cars driving along I-5 but I've gotten used to it... now I don't hear anything. The apartment complex is not brand new so it looks dated compared to other apartment complexes but everything looks really good here. No central air and heating, only an air conditioning and separate heating unit. I don't think you need the central air and heating though... the units work well enough. I live in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath and it's huuuge! So much space. I've looked at the Studio and that one is considerably smaller so I'd go for the 1 bedroom for about $100 more. Most of the people who live here are working professionals and some families. The whole area of Mission Viejo is extremely nice and safe. It sucks that rent is $1260 but that's the usual price for Orange County. If you're going to spend $1260 on rent, this would be the place!
