A bad element has moved in so the walls sometimes have graffiti. The kids playground is dirty and has become a sandbox for the cats in the area - always covered in cat dung and cigarette butts.
The swimming pools and Jukuzis are old and the wiring on the key boxes and switches is coming apart.
A lot of young adults live in the complex. They tend to be rowdy and get very noisy after midnight. Usually they honk their horns in the driveway or party outside - keeping the entire apartment block awake.
I have never seen a security guard move anyone on for creating a disturbance - the security is just there to lock the facilities at 10pm - then they leave.
