This apartment complex is just after your money. They will be nice and courteous up front to bring you in, but when you are a tenant, they are rude and unprofessional.
Also, after I left they wanted $75 for mailbox keys that were returned. Although I even had proof that they were returned, Equity Residential still demanded payment and eventually reported this to the credit bureau. So, now I have to take them to court.
Don't be fooled by the initial appearance, this place is not all it appears to be.
