Four years ago, this was an upscale professional community. Now, thanks to poor management and annual rent increases of 10%, tenants are forced to live two famililies in a tiny 970 square foot unit. The tenant carports (there are no garages and NO OUTSIDE STORAGE) are filled with blue collar company trucks. Latino kids of all ages play and skateboard in the driveways. The only time a carpet is replaced is when a tenant moves out. If you live here three years, you'll never see new carpet. Equity doesn't even clean the carpets annually as a provision of your lease renewal. Stay away! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
