Beware!!! Very bad office staff and management policies.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I lived at Vista Del Lago for 2 years. I left the apartment in move-in condition when I moved out. Since they couldn't charge me for any cleaning or repairs, they "found" other things to charge me for so they could keep my money. I've written a letter and I have a call into the corporate office. We'll see if they do the right thing...
The maintenace staff was pretty good, but doesn't make up for the rude, incompetent office staff. When you renew your lease, they'll raise the rent $100 a month, even if you're a clean, quiet tenant who pays rent on time. The main pool was always dirty and the management had no control over the rowdy, trashy party crowd that hung out there every weekend. Overall, the community looked good and the apartment was in good shape. However, the management is very unprofessional and rude, and they make a lot of mistakes that cause stress and cost money.
