Just backing up what the other person said about the people running the meth lab getting shot...I don't wanna give away my apt number as I still live here, but let's just say I was close enough to hear everything and see the guy bleeding outside..just to add the icing to the cake, management have not evicted the chick who was in prison subleasing the apt, she's STILL here!!!!!

I wanted to switch apts after that happened and the f*ckers at the leasing office wanted to charge me $200 for the privilge!

I've lived at VDL for almost 4 years now, and it has gone way downhill. It's like the freakin' ghetto. You seem to have two choices- either live by the leasing office and have all the noise from the party people at the pool at all hours and the kids running riot, or live on the opposite side with all the --------,iranians and drug pushers.

There is barely any visitor parking where I am and numerous times there has been someone parked in my alloted spot, I tried to get them towed but no one answered.

They also refused to renew my girlfiend's lease after a water pipe burst in her apt, apparently VDL management seemed to think that she wanted to do this on purpose, for what gain I don't know - her furniture was wrecked and she and her 2 yr old ended up spending the night in a hotel as it happened in the early hours of the morning.

As far as rent cost is concerned, it is one of the cheapest rentals in Mission Viejo, I'm beginning to see why...
