a horrible place to live

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2002
 
i lived there for 7 years, the leasing agent are not kind, the repair services are always late and done within few weeks not immediately, there are rats in the homes.
the pool is dirty and contaminated.
Overall don't rent an appartment there, i was forced to stay because of my situtation.
