I HAVE ONLY LIVED HERE A YEAR AND IT HAS GONE DOWN HILL !!! THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH "BLACK GANG MEMEBERS " WHO HANG OUT IN FRONT OF THE COMPLEX . THERE ARE SO MANY KIDS WHO JUST THROW THERE TRASH AND BIKES EVERYWHERE . BRANDY THE SO CALLED MANAGER IS VERY RUDE !!! I REQUESTED A REPAIR IN MY APARTMENT AND SHE SAID 'WHAT DO YOU EXPECT , THE COMPLEX IS 17 YEARS OLD " I DON'T THINK A MANAGER SHOULD RESPOND LIKE THAT !!! BEWARE !!!! DO NOT RENT HERE !!! THE RENT IS WAY TO HIGH FOR A DUMP LIKE THIS AND TOOO MANY GANG MEMBERS !!!!
