Watch out for their fee schedule. They impose obscene penalties on good renters who wish to go month-to-month, even after paying for leases for multiple years. Their convenient excuse is that they're corporate owned. This is one corporation that doesn't give a ---- about its tenants.

Unfortunately I think this is a common practice among apartment communities. I live in Fullerton and am looking to move. I have lived in my apartment complex for 4 years now. My rent is jumping up $100/month from what we are currently paying (and no upgrades have been made). The month-to-month rent is $150/month more than the 12-month lease rent. In my opinion, I think it may be an attempt to get residents to just sign the 12-month lease because keeping the month-to-month rent while looking for other options is just too expensive to do.

Its a business.If you buy more you get a better deal just like anywhere else!
