Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
parking is atrocious. get home before 7 pm.

no hose to wash off bike/car.

rooms are decent.

not much kitchen storage.

deck is large.

i like the apartment layout.

overall vista del lago is so so. after 1 yr i am moving out. i think i can find better for the money.
