If you like living around ghetto people & shady characters this is the place to be!
There have been shootings, numerous domestic disputes & God only knows what else! The police have taken driving through here and there.

This complex had been quickly earning a bad reputation with-in the community, even with other Equity properties (total black sheep of Equity). They do not regulate residents; such as how many people live in the apartments, or how many cars people have/ take up parking.

Parking is a nightmare after about 7pm. Only the large pool is consistently maintained yet still not regulated. Its an older complex and the walls are thin. you can really hear Santa Margarita or Marguerite if you face it. Oh and better yet you can hear the person above/ below you clearly which is awful if you have someone obnoxious like we did.

If you want to work out' Forget about it. Children use the gym as a jungle gym room which is a complete insurance liability for the complex, yet once again they dont do anything about it.

If you want to renew your lease they HIKE up the rent, yet new renters will rent for 200 less'''

On a positive note, the maintenance staff is awesome. They are very efficient and timely when it comes to repairs. Be sure to note that the fixtures etc are cheap and you will need to do a few to several repairs.

Some of the office staff is very nice; then there's a few that seem to need Midol daily if not hourly.


We were very excited to move there and couldnt wait to leave at the end of our lease. Honestly, the complex I loved! Even the layout of our place I loved! THE PEOPLE not so much.
