Leasing office is a nightmare

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
The leasing office is unresponsible and they do not fix problems in the apartments. There were outlets that did not work and the phone in the bedroom did not work. They do not return phone calls. They were always entering the apartment without prior notice.
I would not live here again because of the leasing office. They are there just to have fun and not to help people.
