My lease ends next month but I have enjoyed living here for the last 2 years. My unit is quiet, has all the appliances, HUGE vaulted ceilings, large floor plans, decent amenities, and the price was pretty nice. I have to say though, that the rent is a little below market because these guys NEVER have or ever will offer specials. Also, the deposit is a high $500 or $600.

I had an assigned space that was right next to my unit, but I also have to say that guest parking here has been pretty decent. There are guest stalls every where, but they also allow parking on one side of all the streets in the property as well as making the tennis courts above ground so people can park their cars below. Guest parking here has been the best of any apartment I have lived at.

I have to say this though. Do not get a unit on the first floor or next to the two major streets that this property is adjacent to. I originally was on the first floor when I moved in and it was horrible. The traffic will keep you awake at all hours of the night and you will hear every footstep above you. I relocated only 24 hours after I moved in. Since living on the second floor and away from traffic, I have to say that this has been the most enjoyable apartment I have lived in.

I would recommend this place to anyone, but just make sure you have a second floor unit away from traffic.
