Nice staff, but construction updates needed - great area, pretty, even the older pool area is great because of the view of the park. The buildings have mold issues and they are pretty dark. But that helps with the air conditioning bill in summer. Also, the grounds need to be pretties up. The ground outside my apt was liek a big wet sand pit. The floorplans are very spacious and open which is nice, the staff is very friendly and maintnence is fast and realiable. The grounds are clean and well kept as well.
