Be careful when looking into this apartment complex. They advertised no application fee and first month free on their website, throughout email correspondence, and on the side of their building as I drove up for my appointment. As soon as I confirm that I am interested, I'm told that there is an application fee, and the first month free has expired; classic. The apartments look nice, but watch out for the shady management.
