Manager thinks she the mayor!!

Everything seems ok at these apartments, but since it is so new, theres tons of problems. We call the manager 'the mayor' cause' that's what she thinks she is! She answers very rudely to all questions and thinks she is God! She needs to take a step down obviously. Everyone is nice to you when your inquiring about these apartments, but when you actually move in, the rudeness sets in. That goes for all the help down at the office.
