Years at this apartment: 2006-01-01 - 2007-01-01
This is the fourth time our toilet has ever flowed since we moved in! It always seems to happen when the office is closed! The emergency phone numbers provided to us after the last time proved less than helpful! The first said he would call back and didn't the second showed up here with a key to the next door vacant apartment saying we could use that restroom until morning.That was great until the upstairs neighbor flushed the toilet and their feces started coming out of our toilet! I then had to shovel it out of the toilet and into the shower to prevent it overflowing out into the living room when the shower plugged up! AAAAAAAAAAAHhhhhhhhhhhkkkk! Now we can't even shower in the morning unless we bring our shower curtain over to the vacant apartment! Management is so rude everything feels like my fault. How can we spend the remainder of our lease being afraid to go the bathroom? Help us! Don't move here!
