Maintenance never completes the service request, when asking the front office about it, they said oh yeah I remember, but nothing is done. I moved in 2/07. I placed my rent check in the drop box, I got a rude phone call that I didn't pay my rent, I told them I did. Luckily I saved my receipt because I paid with a money order. I had a feeling something would go wrong. Found out that some kid stole 5 rent payments and they found my money order two building from my apt. I had to pay additional fees because of this and I felt that wasn t right because it wasn't my fault. Now I do understand rules have to apply regarding additional charges, but the manager at that time told me if I was that concerned about by payment I shouldn't have but it in the drop box, she said it with a bad attitude. Customer service sucked in 2007. The staff is better now but maintenance sucks. The walls are paper thin, tenants above me blast music after 10pm, someone had there carpets cleaned @ 9:30 at night (Very loud). Someone else may have a better experience, but mine has been nothing but trouble, and it hasn't gotten better. Theirs another comment from another review and that person hit it on the nail. Everything that person said, I found to be true also.

I would agree with the manager you should not have dropped your rent in that box. Always go and hand it to the office girls. It would have been nice if they could have waived the late fee for you.
