ive been here almost a year now and it has been an absolute nightmare. the first month or so was nice then all the trouble started. we had an ant infestation that took over almost every room in the apartment, we called the front office who told us someone would come out, took 3 days and the ants were still as bad as ever. i called about 6 times over 3 weeks before the situation was resolved. the last time the pest control service was out i was called by the front desk and told he would be at our appartment in about an hour, my wife got out of bed in her underware and walked out to the kitchen as i was getting off the phone, there in the dining room was standing a pest control guy who said the front desk just gave him the key to my appartment.(im not the only one this has happened to) the people above us would stomp back and forth, then new people moved in and they are banging around all the time, day and night. the couple next to me would stumble through the parking lot drunk, and pass out in the hallway... apparently beent spoons and needles were found in there appartment when they moved out. the parking here is a joke, i sometimes get home at 2 in the morning and have to park in the shoping center across the street because there just isnt a space to park. this isnt an occasional thing, its an everyday problem. it takes weeks for staff to fix a problem, if they get to it at all. we've been waiting over 3 months to have the lights in the hallway fixed because its pitch black at night. the heater and a/c break all the time, and its like pulling teath to get someone to fix it... my favorite thing about this place is that when you start calling to have things fixed they start walking around the outside of your appartment looking for a way to write you up for anything. the sales girls are very nice, but the manager thinks shes gold. i dont think she realizes her job is to keep the comple running and keep tenants happy. the appartments themselves are built very cheaply, althout they look good from the outside and inside, untill you start to notice the messed up walls and mismatched paint inside. this place is a joke, i do not recamend it

I agree i love the girls ihn the office but the service tech. guys never get anything done!
