I have lived at Brooks landing for just over a year now with my family. We have really enjoyed it here. The management is great! Are they perfect, definately not, but who is' Every time I go to the office they are always working hard and always resolve any issues I may have. I have never had any problems with noise and my family and I feel very safe here. Our apartment has been great and we have had no problems. It is sad to see how many people have the time to bad mouth others. The staff does great and I definately would not want their job because they go unappreciated too much. Too all those out there that have time to criticise, I say step up to the plate and see if you can do a better job. Brooks Landing is a great place to live.

It seems as though bad and good responses are anonymous. I do not understand the previous point being made about another anonymous comment. This site is really so silly and just seems more high schoolish than a mature educated site to accurately review a community. I would never choose my home based off such a site. This is ridiculous.
