I moved into these apartments a few weeks ago! The manager and the maintenacne staff here are so unprofessional! This place is over priced! Its a a gated property and the gates DON'T even work! You can not have any of your vistors come in! You have to run or drive out there with your gate opener to let them in. I asked the manager what was going on and she said it was broken in that it is not in there budget to fix it until next year! I also have a huge mold problem in my apartment. You can hear everything that your neigbor does. If your neighbors smokes then you will smell it thru the vent's! It also feels very unsafe at night time.
