I've lived here for a little over year and I've read over these ratings and harsh words. It seems fair to say Crown Ridge has had a minor issue with the gate,However management has always assisted when there was an issue. I talked to the staff in the office and they have always been more than willing to call the company so they could get it fixed ASAP and the issue was taken care of. Most importantly when I need something fixed in my apartment they are always very helpful and taking care of my issue in a timly manner. People are always quick to complain about these issues that are always handeled professionally and in a timely manner. For the people who don't know how the gate system works has been to lazy to ask, therefore has to run out and think they have to open the gates manually. It's for our security and safety why these rules are implemented.
