I went into the complex today and was greeted by the friendliest faces! I was shown all around and they even went out of their way to try to meet my needs. Unfortunatley I was under a little bit on my income to qualify, they even tried to find ways around that by asking if I could get a co signer. I was unable to find one, but I would recomend this complex to anyone!

I have been here awhile now and had to have a co-signer to get in and it was the staff that helped me find a way to get an apartment here. The apartments are really great with a large pantry and the best staff anywhere I have ever lived. They go out of their way to help you and as a senior citizen in bad health, that is the best thing in the world that could happen to a person. Anyone would be perfectly happy living here with smiling faces to greet you every day.

I have lived here at Greenbrier since 2003 and for an apartment complex this is one that I would recommand to everyone that were looking for a very well keeped complex to live in the Management are super and they are always doing what ever it takes to keep this apartment complex in the very best conduction, all the staff that work here are very proud in how they make this place some where you would really want to live if at the time you you need a place to live and I would also say that each and all that lives here at this time would agree with me on what I have said in this statement.
