After 16 Yrs. at Greenbriar, I would not even consider moving into another apartment complex. Kim & the rest of the staff have always been friendly & have gone out of their way to help out in any need I might have. As with most places, things have needed to be repaired or replaced. Maintenance has always been done on the same day or within a reasonable period of time. Kim has always made me feel more like family and not just another tenant. This is the best staff we have had here at Greenbriar, & after 16 yrs. I've seen a lot of staff come & go. I have never had any real problems & have always felt safe, I would recommend Greenbriar Villas to anyone.
