Don't bother unless you are deaf..

There are thin walls, from what I can tell. Unless you like to know exactly where your above occupants are in their house at all times, when they go to the bathroom, and what they are watching on TV at that moment, you're wasting your money. And the rent is HIGH! The appartments are generally nice, and the grounds are very attractive, but with as many appartments as we have, there is only ONE laundry facility. In addition the LACK of action on the part of the managment staff when you file a complaint is horrible. They attempt to placate you but their only soloution is to move YOU the good tenent, it's stupid. Don't bother, go somewhere else!
