What A Dump!

Years at this apartment: 1991 - 2000
 
We lived there for NINE years and the complex just got worse and worse. If you have a loud or obnoxious neighbor, you are out of luck. The management used to be very concerned about you as a tenant. Of course, that was over a decade ago. It is sad to see a corporation more concerned about vacancies rather that customer service.
