Manchester court apartments are the most unprofessional manged apartments I ever lived at. They property looks pretty as you pull in however the back of the place is a dump. Its like living on a college campus. There are always loud parties with teenagers everywhere almost every night. Loud dogs barking all through out the day and night. Managament does not care about the property. If you go complain about anything they just tell you that they know the resident personally and will take care of it. When I went in there to complian about my loud neighbors the pregant manger told me where my neighbors worked and a little history on them and why it doesnt make any sense for them to make noise. Isn't that against the law''' Can they give all that info out' If they are giving my loud nieghbors info out are they giving my info out' Management agian is terriable. There is so much traffic that you can't get in and out of the property. Do not move in here!

Wow!!! Sounds like someone is having a bad, well.. YEAR!!! I strongly disagree with the above comments. First of all anyone who makes a comment and feels it necessary to include that the manager was pregnant obviously is rude and disrespectful. Second, I know the manager and she is the nicest person and more than willing to help with any issue, and yes...it is the same manager as when this comment was originally posted.

I have lived here for a year and i have to say that this place is eh, ok. The landlord/office manager or what ever is very friendly, my husband and I really like her. But this one girl that works in the office, shes young, dont know her name, seemed very rude, or let me correct myself, IS rude and not friendly. She needs to lighten up. But anyway, the pros of living here is if something is not working in your apartment and you call for the staff to fix it for you, there quick to do it and they take care of property grounds very well. I thought it was nice of the staff when my husband was on his way to work they stopped him and gave free breakfast, they did that to everyone else as well. The cons are parking is very crowded and too small, my neighbor has to park in two parking spots for his car cause its so close together. It's pricey and apartments here are very small. The worst part for me here was pest problems. We had a lot of spiders and really nasty little centipedes, yes centipedes crawling on our carpet, it was on the apartment grounds as well. There was earwigs here and there and there was always A LOT of mosquitos waiting by my front door! I dont mean to trash on manchester apartments but this is my true experience here. Overall this place is liveable, not bad, its up to you what you think about it.

I have lived in Manchester Court now over 3 years going on 4. During that time, I have had the personal pleasure of talking with the office staff on a number of issues, sharing a cup of coffee or just talking about life in general. They are always helpful, kind, understanding, thrifty, even on the worst of days.... and we all have them (bad days) time to time. They really work hard to keep the apartments at a high standard and I have been extemely happy with the response from the maintenance crew. I can recall two (2) specific issues.. and they were fast to act on. 1) I had a water heater go out due to a hair line crack. I reported it, and the same day they went got a new water heater and replaced it. 2) The second was a leak I was not aware of. They reported the leak to me, came in and fixed it same day. Every year they perform a maintenance inspection to replace filters and verify the appliances work properly and safely. They will even replace burned out light bulbs at no cost. So I am very pleased with the Management and Maintenance Crew here. As for the pest problem... welcome to california. this is nothing new here in the area. The Management and Maintenance if made aware of a problem is quick and efficent in getting exterminators out to handle it. Before moving into Manchester Courts, I only lived in houses, but since I moved in, I have been pleased with my descion to live here.

Diane was awesome, the management now is non-professional, non-caring, and very corporate. When Diane was here, she made it more homelike. I miss her a lot! A lot changed when she left. Boo, hoo...
