I didn't move in here for a couple reasons.

1. Chris, the receptionist at the office, was not friendly. She would barely crack a smile, she had a straight face most of the time, like she was playing poker, no personlality. I never really got a solid answer for any question I asked her about the property or the unit. They don't make you feel welcomed.

2. The units were over-priced and too small. I'm surprised none of the other reviews mentioned how small the apartment units are. The bedroom I now have with a different complex is larger than the living-room at Manchester! My wife hated how small they were, very cramped living space.

The outside appearance of the Manchester Court Apartments is very attractive, but don't base your decision on this, check-out the units first. Don't get me wrong they are clean units, just small. Your impression with the staff may also influence your decision. After reading some of the other reviews I am truly happy we didn't make the decision to move here.

I would have to disagree with this person's post. When I came in Chris was very personable. She and Erica were both very helpful. Chris actually showed me the apartment that was ready for me to move in. The apartment looked great. Yes the living room space is small but there is an actual dining room area that I can use as my office. I am the type of person who has to have my friend's and family's approval before I do anything. Chris showed me, my family and friends the apartment 3 different times in one day. Each time she had a smile on her face. Chris no longer works here but I feel I have to defend her because she was so helpful when I was looking and after I moved in. I had a few problems after I moved in and Chris sent people over right away. While I still get superior customer service from the office staff Chris is missed. And reading other posts about bums people have to realize that not much can be done. The office staff can not be blamed for this. Its a part of human nature. People have to have more compassion these days. The bums are not hurting anyone and they do not stay long. They are not there during office hours because the staff will ask them to leave. We do not live in a perfect society and the quicker people learn this the quicker they will find happiness. God Bless Everyone.
