Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I've been here for a few months now and so far everything is going well. management seems to be on top of getting things fixed/taken care of/installed, the property is always well maintained, parking is great with plenty of open spaces for guests, and i am very happy with the apt themselves
