Management was very strict. Pay one day late and have a rude notice on your door. The pool was always dirty, spa was broken for 80% of the time i was there, however they did not close it off so people still went in it, while the heater didnt work which created a nasty build up of bacteria. Multiple steps broke during my stay, a few of which injured people. When management was informed, they said sorry and replaced it with a temp. stair. Multiple safety lights were out around the complex. Repairs took over a week to get fixed. Very stingy with money, will nickle and dime you for every penny they can get out of you.
