Since the recent changes in management, the environment at Manchester Court has become more impersonal. Management now has no tact, they are not sympathetic to our needs, repairs take forever to get accomplished, and when an appliance breaks down, they repair, repair, and repair, it -- even though it might be ten years old, instead of replacing it. The newly remodeled apartments have flaws, the remodeling looks like a fly-by-night/quick fix, and the carpets are old. It has change a lot since I have lived here. I moved in almost five years ago, and within the last year, the professionalism of management and the overall care of the complex has noticeably diminished. How sad... I am now looking for another place to live. I do love this area, though!
