Since I have lived here My rent has changed on me 2 times in 1 year. Instead of a 500.00 deposit it was a 1000.00. The management "Wanda" is a horrible person with no respect for those of us with children. She lies alot. She will tell you one thing and turn around and stab you in the back. Maintence sucks. They dont do there job and when they do it takes 100 years to get to you and then it's only half ass.. DO yourself a favor DO NOT MOVE INTO MEADOW LAKE APTS UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED UNFAIRLY AND DISRESPECTED IN EVERY WAY....

It seems that the management company as a whole isn't doing there job in hiriring the right type of people to run their properties.
